Booking & Contact Details

Please telephone for up to date availability or to discuss any specific requirements, alternatively you may fill in the Booking form and mail it to us. All bookings are provisional until confirmed by us in writing and 50% of the booking fee is taken as a deposit.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking if there are more than 30 days before the hire is to commence. Reservations made within 30 days of hire require full payment at the time of booking. Debit and Credit cards are accepted.

You must provide us with 2 forms of identification – Drivers licence and a Passport or utility bill confirming your home address. All drivers must be between 21 and 75 years of age also a full driving licence check will be undertaken before the hire starts.

Cancellation

If you cancel your reservation before 30 days of your hiring start you will be refunded, If you cancel during the 30 days before the hire this will not be refunded.

On collection of the motorhome we will take a refundable £1000.00 deposit.
